Failed Tracks
Below are some images of Rubber Track failures that we have seen recently in Melbourne. We will explain to you what we found when we inspected these tracks for our new clients and you will see why the production processes that our track manufacturer takes is so important, which separate our tracks from many of the other tracks supplied here in Australia.
This is where the strict quality control, high quality materials and superior manufacturing standards become so obvious to that of the cheaper inferior manufactured rubber tracks that and end up here on our FAILED TRACKS page well before their replacement time.
These tracks may have cost less at the start but soon cost you more when they fail early and needed to be replaced again.
Buying a quality track at the beginning may cost you a little more but it saves you the time and money in the long run by reducing your downtime and overall costs.
Its not easy to work out whether you are buying a quality track or not unless you are a Rubber Track Specialist, as they generally all look the same and every salesman you speak to is telling you''OURS ARE THE BEST'' or ''Don't buy that one they're rubbish''. So by walking you through the manufacturing process of our Rubber Tracks at Tracks Pads & Buckets and showing you that we only use top quality materials, we hope that we have been able to help you make better decisions in your future purchases of Rubber Tracks.
